Introducing the ArtMaster 600



The ArtMaster 600 is a fully automated printing station that is able to rapidly print high quality designs to CD, DVD and Blu Ray digital media. The Artmaster 600 is also able to print recordable CD, DVD and business card format digital media.

Capable of unmanned operation, the ArtMaster 600 is ideal for high volume production within such operations as digital reproduction bureaus, recording studios, video production agencies, marketing companies and print manufacturers.

The ArtMaster print engine is based on Hewlett Packard High-End Office Jet printing technology. It has four single ink cartridges fed by a continous ink system of 100ml each colour. It has been designed for industrial users wanting to produce high volumes in a professional quality while keeping unit prices and operating cost low.



The ArtMaster also comes with easy to use PC based control software that enables a professional approach to the set up print jobs, as well as designing the disc face label of different projects on the same automated print run.

Copytrax has announced the release of the DaVinci Multi; a multi-purpose, entry-level professional printing machine for the printing of digital media such as CD's, mini CD's and CD business cards. This new high quality machine has been designed for professional users such as printers, recording studio's, marketing companies, DVD production companies and CD duplication companies.

Using advanced inkjet technology, the DaVinci Multi can rapidly print 6 standard CD's in a single pass and can deliver full-colour photo realistic print quality. Using metal parts, the DaVinci has been designed and built for professional use on a daily basis. In addition to this, the new DaVinci CD printer utilises Copytrax's infinity ink system whereby the user can refill the ink tanks ensuring a low cost per disc and also comes with 3 'trays', enabling the printer to accommodate standard CD's, mini discs and business card CD's. Copytrax are also able to create custom trays for products such USB business cards.

The Picasso Sprint

The Picasso Sprint automatic CD printer has an impressive disc capacity and revolutionary bulk ink system that saves you up to 60% in print costs. At a print quality to 5760 dpi and a through-put of up to 60 discs an hour*, this is the disc printing solution for the professional.

High quality Images

The Picasso can handle up to 300 or 700 CD's unmanned. Using Piezo variable drop technology, the Picasso prints standard photo-brilliant images at 1440 dpi but can provide quality up to 5760 dpi with a spectrum over 16 million colours, enabling colour matching for on-disc reproduction of artwork.

Outstanding ink operation

Based on its propriety INFINITY bulk ink system the Picasso Sprint brings exceptional profit performance to your business. Four separate CYMK tanks provide a 3500 disc capacity** reservoir, each can be independently refilled, easily and quickly, ensuring that you only use the ink needed and giving unprecedented low running costs. In addition to this, the Picasson Sprint is fast, enabling you to complete more orders in the time available.

Design and Print Software

The Picasso Sprint CD printer comes complete with the DISCUS Design & Print software that will run on MAC or PC. The easy to use DISCUS software will enable you to create professional high quality designs for your clients. Also use our optional RIP, Copytrax Colour Controller – enable Full ICC Profiling & Colour Matching and synchronise all print machines for same colour reproduction.

The Copytrax ArtCoater

The revolutionary Artcoater provides a very fine UV protective finish for inkjet printed CD's and DVD's, providing protection for the artwork from smudging and handling.

The Artcoater is a standalone 250 disc robot auto load/unload unit, with a cycle time of approx 35 seconds. Using UV (Ultra Violet) technology a clear coating of approximately 3 microns is applied evenly over the printed surface of the disc resulting in 'instant-dry' which enables the operator to place the disc directly into a PVC wallet without sticking.

Copytrax's 'Adjustable Coating Head Technology' allows the user to fine tune the process to achieve the desired finish from full gloss to satin depending on preference and disc surface type. Unlike other disc-coating methods the 'Adjustable Coating Head Technology' is designed with minimal maintenance in mind. Clean and virtually odourless, the Artcoater is designed to be used in a printing and duplication environment, with the benefit of low cost consumables.

The Printmaster

The Copytrax PrintMaster is a digital industrial inkjet printing machine that looks set to further displace traditional screen printing techniques. Capable of printing on anything from, USB memory drives, Plastic parts, CD promotion tins, CD / DVD discs, fascia panels and even glass, the new PrintMaster will offer a fast and flexible approach to low and medium volume production.

 

The Copytrax PrintMaster employs Epson Micro Piezo head technology using a variable-sized droplet format to ensure superb colour management and a high-resolution performance. The PrintMaster can print a broad range of media up to a size of A3+ 390mm by 520mm..
